Australians irrespective of their diverse cultural background are in general fun loving extroverts. They love to surf and the beaches of Australia are a great source of tourist attraction owing to the coral reef and the endless water sports available there.

The working holiday visa scheme of Australia makes it stand apart
from other native English teaching destinations. It allows 18 - 30
year olds to stay for up to one year, work and earn money as a TEFL
teacher.
You are required to change jobs after a maximum of 6 months, but the TEFL job market is geared up for this, and schools generally welcome the refreshing input from teachers who only stay for a short time.
The best thing is that if you have already used up your once in your life chance for the working holiday visa, you can join a college course, and learn a new vocational skill. You may be paying a lot for the course but you can earn the money by teaching English 20 hours a week. This makes Australia a great place to work as an ESL teacher.
