schools or an institution before taking up an English teaching job
in Korea. Terms and conditions of the contract should be read

An employment visa should be acquired to have a legal job in Korea.
After going to Korea with a teaching visa, it is the duty of the
teachers to go the Korean Immigration center to register and get a
residence certificate. It is advisable not to take up a teaching
job with a tourist visa as it can lead to serious legal harassment.
